Opis

Nicaragua SHG EP is a coffee originating from the mountainous northwest region of Nicaragua Jinotega. Coffee was grown at an altitude between 1200-1400 m a.s.l. The temperature at this height extends the maturing process of the coffee cherry, and the obtained beans are of high quality. The characteristic features of the beans from this region are a pleasant dry note of chocolate, cocoa and honey broken by a distinct lemon note. The harvest falls from December to March. The beans are wet processed and then dried in the sun on special tables. Varietal: Typica, Caturra, Bourbon. Coffee is specially prepared and selected especially for Europe.

The aromatic bouquet is dominated by notes of chocolate, cocoa and lemon peel. Coffee can be classified as dry, with clear bitterness and strong acidity. The brew is concentrated, the caffeine content is moderate. Coffee leaves a pronounced aftertaste on the tongue.

Nicaragua Olomega SHG is a coffee for lovers of bitter profile coffee, the best results can be obtained by brewing it in a coffee machine, café or cooking in a crucible.
