A very classic mix of Colombian Arabica and Vietnamese Robusta. The beans are roasted in a small craft roaster that operates in Warsaw's Old Mokotów. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by notes of dark chocolate, caramel and cocoa, but there are also spiciness of à la cayenne pepper and notes of roasted hazelnuts. The brew's consistency is full, very dark, opaque, velvety and dense. Coffee leaves a harmonious, slightly bitter aftertaste, combining root and chocolate accents.

Francesca is a typical North Italian style coffee: dark (but not burnt) and strong, rich with noticeable bitterness (but not bitter). Ideal for a coffee machine, espresso machine and French press, it can also be brewed in an aeropress - preferably with the Prismo overlay. (| Turkish; universally - for coffee, espresso, aeropress; thick - for french press, chemex, drip).
