Robusta Indie Cherry AA is a high class robusta, considered by experts as one of the best in the world. Carefully selected large grains, noticeable bitterness and low acidity are India Cherry AA showcase. Coffee is grown in the south of India. Plantations are located in the regions of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nandu, the areas where the plantations are located, stretch at a height typical for this species: between 500 and 1000 meters above sea level.
India Cherry AA robusta coffee beans after careful collection and selection, they undergo dry processing. Almost twice as high caffeine content as in Arabica makes coffee very stimulant, and its sharper taste remains on the tongue. It is characterized by low acidity and palpable bitterness, which will certainly delight coffee fans. You should not forget about the chocolate notes and spiciness that make Robusta Indie Cherry AA so special.
