Opis

Very light Arabica from the Karnataka region, distinguished by its naturally low caffeine content. This fact makes it an excellent proposition not only for every time of the day, even as an addition to sweet afternoon tea, but also for people with digestive disorders who would otherwise have to deny themselves the usual "little black dress". The beans are roasted in a small craft roaster operating in Warsaw's Old Mokotów. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by delicate notes of malt, caramel and flowers, you can also feel the nuances of green apple and honey, as well as hazelnuts and peanuts. The consistency of the brew is quite light, similar to tea color; coffee leaves a mild, sweet aftertaste.

India AA Pampadampara comes from the clean regions of the Indian Peninsula. It is grown in the Western Ghats mountain range, stretching along the shores of the Arabian Sea, at an altitude of 1000-1600 m a.s.l. After the harvest period, the grains undergo wet processing. Due to its immaculate and discreet bouquet, it works best in aeropress, chemeks and drip, but it can also be prepared in a more traditional way: in an Italian coffee shop or a pressure coffee maker. Its lightness and noble purity make it a desirable component of mixtures - Pampadampara India AA is an important component of several of Ragazza's proprietary mixtures, but you can also just add a bit of spicy robusta to it, which will restore the strength of the brew and give it firmness.
