Opis

A delicate Arabica from the São Paulo region with minimal acidity and trace bitterness. Roasted in a small artisan roaster operating in Warsaw's Old Mokotów. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by notes of chocolate, walnuts and honey, you can also feel the nuances of sweet melon and cocoa. The brew's consistency is full and the caffeine content is moderately high. Each cup leaves a nice, slightly sweet aftertaste.

Brazil Santos is grown at an altitude of 800-1200 m a.s.l.Coffee plants belong to three botanical varieties: bourbon, typica and caturra. The harvest falls from May to September. Santos Brazil is a universal coffee and maybe that is why it belongs to the Poles' favourite coffees. Works best in a coffee shop, French press and a pressure espresso machine, but it can also be prepared by alternative methods (dripper, chemex, aeropress). Due to its universality, it blends well into mixtures, giving them a soft body and a smooth texture; after adding a bit of spicy or spicy robusta we will receive excellent coffee for brewing in Turkish coffee.

Note : on request, the beans can be ground - please indicate the desired grinding method when choosing the variant (finely - for potting, Turkish; universally - for a coffee machine, espresso machine, aeropress; thick - for French press, chemex, drip)
