A mix of two South American Arabics - Honduran and Colombian - with robust and very stimulating Vietnamese robusta. The beans are roasted in a small craft roaster operating in Warsaw's Old Mokotów. Coffee has a tempting, truly textbook aroma that puts you on your feet even on the coldest and most cloudy mornings. It has a classic taste of cocoa, dark chocolate, honey and hazelnuts, broken by a sharp, spicy note. The brew has a good, thick consistency, dark color and nice, beige crema; coffee leaves a slightly bitter, but still mild aftertaste.
Caterina is a blend for those who associate coffee primarily with "little black". It gives the brew a highly concentrated, and above all intensely caffeine. Ideal for a coffee machine, it can also be brewed in a coffee shop and Turkish, and even some alternative methods - in the siphon and French press (Note: on request, the beans can be ground - please indicate the desired grinding method when choosing the variant for potting, in Turkish; universally - for a coffee shop, espresso machine, aeropress; thick - for French press, chemex, drip).
