A very dark and equally stimulating mix of Honduran Arabica with Indian and Vietnamese Robusta. The beans are roasted in a small craft roaster operating in Warsaw's Old Mokotów. In the aromatic bouquet you can feel above all notes of roasted nuts, bitter cocoa and roasted sugar, broken by expressive root and spicy accents. The consistency of the brew is rich and complex, tarry, crema beige, silky and durable. Coffee leaves a distinct, bitter aftertaste dominated by toast, spicy and chocolate notes, balanced by natural sweetness.

Olympia is a coffee created for those who are looking for a strong, strong taste and need a large dose of caffeine. Ideal for milk coffees, especially brewed in a pressure espresso machine, coffee shop and French press, although it is also worth trying what it tastes like with an aeropress - preferably with a Prismo overlay.
