Trójniak combines one part honey and two parts water. This proportion means that after a few years of aging it reaches the right color and bouquet and 12-14% alcohol content. Due to the reduced honey content compared to dwójniak and półtorak, the drink becomes lighter and has a delicate, sublime taste.
