A mix of four Arabics from three continents. It includes coffee from India, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Kenya. The beans are roasted in a small craft roaster operating in Warsaw's Old Mokotów. Sweet bouquet of hazelnut and malt aromas, enriched with a subdued spicy and fruity note, come to the fore. The coffee is distinguished by its original taste, in which, next to mild nut-honey notes, we can feel the discreet nuances of grapefruit and jasmine flowers, and even the cucumber that smells fresh. The brew's consistency is moderate, tea-like color; coffee leaves a balanced, nutty-fruity aftertaste.

Simona is a coffee created for those who use overflow methods, but still prefer subtle and delicate flavors. Elegant and harmonious, it may surprise you with a bit of refreshing acidity. For this reason, the best prepared by alternative methods: using aeropress, chemex and drip. You can prepare a very pleasant cold brew from it, but also try it in a coffee shop. (Note: grains can be ground on request - please indicate the desired grinding method when choosing the variant (fine - for potting, Turkish; universally - for coffee, espresso, aeropress; thick - for French press, chemex, drip) .
