The aromatic bouquet is dominated by notes of peanuts, walnuts and chocolate, in the background the nuances of malt and caramel. The consistency of the brew is rich, brown; coffee leaves a balanced, quite dry aftertaste.
Daphne is a coffee for lovers of a well-built, mild and harmonious classic - we won't find acid or bitterness in it. Due to the elegant and harmonious, very clean bouquet, it works best in a coffee machine and a coffee machine, but it can also be prepared by alternative methods: especially in aeropress and drip. Also suitable for cold brew.
