A noble blend of four high-quality Arabics: from India, Guatemala, Colombia and Brazil. The beans are roasted in a small craft roaster operating in Warsaw's Old Mokotów. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by notes of peanuts, walnuts and chocolate, in the background the nuances of malt and caramel. The consistency of the brew is rich, brown; coffee leaves a balanced, quite dry aftertaste.
Daphne is a coffee for lovers of a well-built, mild and harmonious classic - we won't find acid or bitterness in it. Due to the elegant and harmonious, very clean bouquet, it works best in a coffee machine and a coffee machine, but it can also be prepared by alternative methods: especially in aeropress and drip. Also suitable for cold brew. ( Note : on request, the grains can be ground - please indicate the desired grinding method when choosing the variant (fine - for potting, after Turkish; universally - for coffee, espresso, aeropress; thick - for French press, chemex, drip).
