Producing Pinot Noir requires a lot of patience and is not always successful. Especially in Polish conditions it is almost impossible, where it would seem unfavorable weather conditions do not make things easier. And yet, Adoria vineyard managed to
create the award-winning drink that world professors of oenology delight!

Adoria Pinot Noir 2017 wine has a deep red color, which with its shades falling even into light browns, resembles more cognac than a standard drink of this kind.

The taste is extremely mild, with noticeable nuances of elderberry fruit, raspberries, strawberries, red currants, cherries, with a vanilla accent and a bouquet of aromatic herbs.

Perfect for delicate dishes, e.g. with poultry or wild birds.

Polish vineyard, but with American roots. The Adoria brand was founded by Mike Whitney, who moved to the country from sunny California. For a year and a half he was looking for the perfect place for his vineyard and finally Zachowice - a small village in the Lower Silesian Voivodship, proved to be in perfect conditions to start producing one of the most interesting wines in Poland.

In his company, he uses Chardonnay grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Reisling best quality and world-class. Thanks to this, his wines can compete with not only European brands, but also from other countries that are known for producing this type of drink.
