Ulena Renkloda Plum belongs to the oldest Polish plum trees, as it was commonly grown in Polish orchards in 19th and 20th century. Nowadays, however, its presence is becoming less and less visible.
Polish Slavena Ulena Wine is produced according to a traditional recipe found in family archives.
The wine offers a sweet and delicate taste, in which aromas of fresh plums, quince, flowers, and herbs are perfectly balanced. It is produced from plum must and supreme wine yeast. Over the years, it has received many prestigious awards.
It can be served with such delicacies as pâté, foie gras, or can be drunk as an aperitif. It also matches Asian and Middle Eastern dishes, or fruit salads, pancakes, and other desserts, including meringue.
