Description
Traditional Polish honey-based alcohol with a pedigree dating back to the Middle Ages.
Kasztelański Trójniak is an excellent mead, awarded many times in competitions of wines, meads and wine drinks. Due to the lower content of honey than in 'dwójniak' and 'półtorak', the liquor becomes lighter and has a more mild flavor. The third part of its volume is dark, flavored bee honey. Created with care and aged for a long time, it acquires a deep, golden color, a honey-herbal aroma and an excellent stoneware with an essential texture.
