Burundi Fully Washed AA is a coffee originating from a small country, which main economic branch is the cultivation of coffee. Despite the lack of access to the sea, the vicinity of Lake Tanganyika provides the area with exceptionally rich soils, with a large presence of volcanic soils.
The characteristic features of Burundi coffee are notes of red fruit, a delicate cinnamon flavor and a delicate sweet floral note. Coffee collections fall from March to July. The beans are wet processed and then dried in the sun on special tables. Varietal: Bourbon, Kenya Jackson. The "AA" mark guarantees high-class coffee subjected to rigorous selection.
The aromatic bouquet is dominated by flowers, red fruits and cinnamon. Coffee can be classified as more delicate with a bitter note. The brew is concentrated, the caffeine content is moderate. Coffee leaves a pronounced aftertaste on the tongue.
Burundi Fully Washed AA is coffee for demanding coffee lovers. The unobvious taste and aroma makes it possible to brew it using both classic methods and alternative methods.
